About Leather Shoe Care
I'm completely new to shoe care, where do I start?
There are many things that you can do to take good care of your shoe. To start with, do not pile your leather shoes on top of each other. Keep them in flannel storage bags that will avoid dust and dirt forming on its surface. Good storage will keep maintenance of your shoe and lifespan extension easier. About Product
Where are your products sourced from?
All our products are sourced and imported directly, via our distributor, from France. If you have any issues with the authenticity of the product you have on-hand currently, please feel email us at info[at]thedapperassembly[dot]com[dot]au.
Do you have any how-to-use guide for the product?
Certainly, please refer to our page on Shoe Care Instructions for more cleaning and user guide for the products you bought for leather care. You're also encouraged to subscribe our newsletter so that you can be notified when new information is available.
Can the products be used on leather other than just men's leather shoes?
Certainly, Saphir products are often being used by ladies on their dress shoes as well as leather bags that are made of fine and/or delicate leather.
My Purchase
What currencies or payment type can I pay with?
Currently, all payments on The Dapper Assembly are in Australian dollar. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer (where occasion requires so).
How long does it take for my order to be shipped out?
Orders in stock are shipped from The Dapper Assembly's warehouse within 1 business day once payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email notification when your order placement is confirmed as well as an email notification when your tracking number is available. Additional time with the courier and shipping services may apply during major holidays.
What are my shipping or delivery options?
Currently we are using Australia Post services for all shipments within Australia. If you have alternative requests, please do let us know via an email to info[at]thedapperassembly[dot]com[dot]au before placing your order and we might be able to work something out together.
